Johnny went above and beyond the entire time we were there. He introduced us to some amazing local food, helped us explore, and made sure we were always having a great time. He was even our cheerleader at a local bar while teaching us how to play some games, which was such a fun and memorable moment. On top of that, he became our dance partner and even stepped in as our personal photographer so we could capture great memories from the trip. Safe, dependable, and friendly service! Our driver was dependable, professional, friendly, and safe. We are a large family of 14, flying into Costa Rica from the states, and we were not confident in how to get all of us from the airport to our rental home 4 hours away (and up some difficult, steep dirt roads). Our entire travel experience was so easy thanks to this company. They were at the airport early, waiting for us with a sign. They helped load our ridiculous amount of luggage into the back of their minibus. Then we were off! If we ever visit Costa Rica again, hiring transportation through this team would be our obvious choice. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Service with JAPI We used JAPI for four group transfers during our trip to Costa Rica: SJO → Jaco, Jaco → Manuel Antonio, Jaco → Uvita, and Uvita → SJO. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Our driver, Johny, was fantastic from start to finish. He drove a spotless 18-passenger Mercedes Sprinter that was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean — perfect for group travel. When we landed at the airport, Johny was already waiting for us with a clear sign, which made our arrival stress-free. Throughout all our journeys, he was professional, kind, punctual, and attentive.
